A studio apartment in Munich (near Westpark Ost \/ Hansapark) is waiting for an ideal tenant <\/p>\n
You won\u2019t (WILL NOT) be able:<\/p>\n
\u2013 to register yourself at the address of the apartment
\n\u2013 to receive any post and \/ or packages at the address of the apartment <\/p>\n
I\u2019m currently traveliving outside from Germany and I\u2019m offering my studio apartment (31 sqm) as a sub-let for at least 3 months starting from 1. December 2023 with a possibility to extend month by month.<\/p>\n
Should you move out earlier, you agree that I’ll keep the deposit.<\/p>\n
The apartment is located on the eastern edge of the Westpark, in a residential area, away from the noisy roads. The Westpark Ost is just 50 meters away from the apartment building.<\/p>\n
The apartment is furnished and has all necessary appliances:<\/p>\n
reasonably fast and stable internet access
\nwashing machine
\nrefrigerator
\nstove with oven
\nand a mini-oven
\ntea kettle<\/p>\n
and<\/p>\n
pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. <\/p>\n
Nearest public transportation:<\/p>\n
Bus stop Hansapark (Bus 62, Bus 130) \u2013 2 minutes
\nU4 \/ U5 \/ S7 Heimeranplatz \u2013 10 min walk<\/p>\n
700 Euro \/ month (payable one month in advance and two months deposit by the time you move in)
\n(Which means by the time you move in you’ll have to have 2100 Euros, which you have to either transfer into my bank account or to give to me in cash)
\nEverything is included. (Internet, electricity, water – reasonable and fair usage)<\/p>\n
The various grocery shops are within 5 to 15 minutes walking. (Penny Markt, Lidl, Rewe)<\/p>\n
You won\u2019t (WILL NOT) be able:<\/p>\n
\u2013 to register yourself at the address
\n\u2013 to receive any post and \/ or packages at the address<\/p>\n
